Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Paros Divers, we strive to provide the best diving experience. Because our boat trips and courses have limited spots and require prior preparation, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Standard Reservations (Individual Divers)

• Up to 72 hours (3 days) before the activity: Full refund (100%).

• Between 48 hours (2 days) before the activity: 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours (1 day) or "No-show": No refund.

2. Private Boat Bookings & Exclusive Groups

• For all private charters and exclusive boat bookings, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• When you book the entire boat, we commit our resources and decline all other booking requests for that date. Therefore, the deposit serves as a guarantee for the exclusivity of the service and is not subject to refund in case of cancellation, change of plans, or no-show.

3. Weather & Safety

• If Paros Divers cancels a dive due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
