In Paros, we are privileged to train our divers in some of the most spectacular cave systems in the Mediterranean, including the legendary Amphitrite Cave.

Our SSI Cave Training Path

​

1. SSI XR Cavern Diving

The perfect first step. Learn the fundamental skills to explore the "twilight zone" of a cave, always staying within the natural light zone and with a clear view of the exit.

• Focus: Guideline management, specialized propulsion techniques (frog kick), and emergency protocols.

2. SSI XR Cave Diving

Take your exploration further. This program qualifies you to penetrate deeper into the cave system, beyond the natural light zone, using specialized equipment and advanced navigation.

• Focus: Gas management (Rule of Thirds), navigation, Jump and team communication in total darkness.

3. SSI XR Full Cave Diving

The pinnacle of overhead environment training. Learn to navigate complex intersections, jumps, and restrictions.

• Focus: Advanced decompression planning and technical cave exploration.
